ดาว ประเทศไทย ปรับปรุงสนามเด็กเล่น เสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียน

กลุ่มบริษัท ดาว ประเทศไทย โดย นางจิตติมา ดีประเสริฐวงศ์ (ที่ 6 จากขวา) ผู้จัดการโรงงานโพลิเอทิลีนชนิดยืดหยุ่นพิเศษ นำพนักงานดาวอาสาจำนวนกว่า 30 คน จัดกิจกรรม“ปรับปรุงสนามเด็กเล่น เพื่อความปลอดภัย” ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมลำดับที่ 22 ภายใต้โครงการ “ยั่งยืน ปลอดภัย ใส่ใจชุมชน” ณ โรงเรียนวัดประชุมมิตรบำรุง อ.บ้านฉาง จ.ระยอง โดยกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย การซ่อมแซมและทาสีเครื่องเล่น ปรับภูมิทัศน์บริเวณสนามเด็กเล่น ติดตั้งป้ายความปลอดภัย และให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกกำลังกาย เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการทางด้านร่างกาย เสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจที่ถูกหลักพลานามัย นอกจากนี้ยังได้ซ่อมแซมและปรับปรุงห้องสุขา รวมถึงมอบจักรยานให้กับโรงเรียนเพื่อนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ยังคงเน้นนำศักยภาพของพนักงานมาช่วยสร้างคุณค่าเพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดีขึ้นทั้งทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ตามเป้าหมายเพื่อความยั่งยืนของดาวทั่วโลกใน พ.ศ. 2568

Dow Thailand Renovates School’s Playground to Enhance Children’s Safety

RAYONG, February 8, 2018 – Dow Thailand Group led by Jittima Deeprasertwong (6^th from right), Specialty Elastomers Production Leader, together with more than 30 Dow volunteers organized the “Playground Renovation for Safety” which is the 22^nd activity under the “Neighbor Care” project at Watprachummitbamrung School, Ban Chang district, Rayong province. The volunteers joined force in building, repairing, and repainting playground equipment, improving landscape, installing safety signs, and educating children how to properly exercise in order to enhance their physical development and good health. In addition, the volunteers helped repair the school toilets and donated the bicycles to the school. This effort reflects the commitment of Dow around the globe to 2025 Sustainability Goals by leveraging the potentials of employees to create economic and social values that will lead to positive changes in the world.
